QK8888 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Members

By registering an account at QK8888 or by placing any bet or participating in any game on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

To be eligible to use QK8888, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is not prohibited by law
• Not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of QK8888 or any related entity
• Register with your genuine personal information — false registration details are a breach of these terms
• Not already hold an active or previously closed QK8888 account

QK8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of QK8888 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one QK8888 account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and are treated as a material breach of these terms. QK8888 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations and reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of the single-account rule without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. QK8888 may require you to verify your identity at any time — including before processing a withdrawal — by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar proof of address not older than three months
• A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method registered to your account
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC beside your face, if specifically requested

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by QK8888 may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your QK8888 login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. QK8888 will never ask for your full password via email or live chat.

All financial transactions on QK8888 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 1,000. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. QK8888 does not charge deposit fees; withdrawal fees are not applied to standard transactions, though the member's payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet destinations during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on interbank settlement timelines. QK8888 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible — this is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

QK8888 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, and a wide range of other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant event concludes. Any bet placed after an official result is determined will be voided
• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event — limits are displayed on the individual market prior to placement
• QK8888 reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel any bet placed by any member at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects irregularity or system error
• All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds at confirmation are binding

Cricket-Specific Rules: If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum required overs are completed and no official result is determined under DLS or any other method, all pre-match match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed before an abandonment are voided unless a specific result has already been reached for that market. QK8888 uses official ICC or tournament governing body results as the definitive settlement source for all cricket markets.

Football-Specific Rules: Football match winner and total goals markets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus referee-determined injury time only. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for standard markets unless the market explicitly states "including extra time".

QK8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General rules that apply to all QK8888 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered before they can be transferred to your main withdrawable balance
• The welcome bonus for new members is up to Rs 50,000 — the exact amount is determined by your first deposit size and the multiplier stated in the current promotion terms
• Standard wagering requirement for sports bonuses is 10x the bonus amount placed on qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50
• Bets placed on excluded markets (as listed in individual promotion terms) will not count toward wagering requirements
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless a different expiry is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are removed from the account
• QK8888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus credited to an account where there is evidence of abuse, multiple account usage, or exploitation of platform errors
• Only one active welcome bonus per person, per household and per device is permitted

The QK8888 fishing games lobby provides interactive skill-based entertainment titles where outcomes are determined by a combination of player skill and random number generator (RNG) mechanics. The following rules apply to all fishing game play:

• All fishing game wagers are made from your main PKR balance. Bonus balance may be used for fishing games only if the relevant promotion explicitly permits this
• All games use certified RNG systems. QK8888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way
• Technical failures during a fishing game session will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's stated rules. Where a round cannot be determined, the wager is returned
• Using third-party software tools, scripts or auto-fire devices to gain an unfair advantage in fishing games is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure

QK8888 regularly updates and adds titles to the fishing games lobby. Individual games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. No compensation is provided for temporary unavailability of specific titles.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QK8888 platform. Engaging in any of these actions will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on QK8888 under any name or identity
• Registering using false identity information or the identity of another person
• Depositing or withdrawing through payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from a clear platform error will be voided
• Match fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event
• Systematic arbitrage or bonus hunting using multiple accounts or coordinated with other individuals
• Harassment or abusive conduct directed toward QK8888 customer support staff or other members

QK8888 maintains the right to suspend or close any account at its absolute discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been violated, without being required to disclose the specific reason for closure to the account holder.

QK8888 is committed to responsible gaming as a genuine duty of care to its members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties. For disputes regarding bet settlement specifically, please submit your dispute within 72 hours of the settlement date with the relevant bet ID and a clear description of your concern. Disputes raised after 72 hours will not be considered.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, QK8888 will cooperate with any mediation or alternative dispute resolution process as required. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws under which QK8888 operates. By using QK8888 you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant governing authority for dispute resolution purposes.

QK8888 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, platform features, payment options, legal requirements or industry standards. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a member, QK8888 will notify registered members via email or a prominent notification on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you should close your account before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of QK8888 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
